Welcome to the World!

I have always loved the name Olivia. You deserve it, baby girl. You are beautiful. I love you already! 🙂

I LOVE babies. My parents freak out when I dangle the little idea of getting them soon (which, in all honesty, I have no immediate plans of having, really). I just truly love being witness to the miracle of life– in the form of those plump-cheeked, tiny-limbed and (good-God) heaven-smelling babes.

In just a few weeks, I’ll get to meet this little angel. I cannot wait to meet you and hold you in my arms! Congratulations to the lovely couple, Tito Alfred & Ninang Mia, and of course, to the proud kuya, Matteo!

I’ve been in a temper trap, and admittedly,  been nursing too many negative emotions all at the same time. There’s so much to be thankful for and really, so much to  look forward to. Babies remind me of that. Not just because I want to have them in the future, but because in their bundled state, they remind me to thank God for life and all its chapters. Babies remind me of new beginnings and the possibility of growth and change, of the simple fact that life can only get better.

Here’s to the all the babies out there! Welcome to the world!

It’s a truly wonderful one.
